Co-Founder of the Washington Division of Land Advisors Organization, Wes provides a full range of professional sales, marketing and land valuation consulting services to individual landowners, developers, and investors with single- and multi-family residential property opportunities in Washington. For each client, Wes takes the time to inspect and understand the details of the land for sale and all the factors that could impact its market value or possible uses. He draws on extensive market knowledge, research and business modeling analytics, and broad negotiating experience to guide his clients through a sometimes lengthy and complex transaction process.
While he’s able and excited to assist at any point in the sales process, Wes especially enjoys projects where developers call on him early to advise and evaluate different use case scenarios, run various models and designs, and analyze comparative target markets prior to any marketing campaigns. Being involved in creating a community that comes to life and meets the needs of residents gives him the utmost fulfillment as a professional.

Mathis has valuable experience in urban and suburban infill/redevelopment as well as rural development, recreation, resource and conservation land transactions. He has consistently built successful property assemblages by working closely with buyers and sellers to facilitate smooth transactions. His expansive knowledge of the local land market has been attained through years of analyzing and valuing hundreds of acres of land. As each property has its unique challenges and opportunities, Mathis works closely with his LAO team members and trusted advisors to best serve his clients.

A Puget Sound native, Alex earned his undergrad in Finance from Georgia Southern University and Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Washington. Prior to joining Land Advisors Organization WA, Alex served as a land acquisition manager for a local home builder.
A basketball and football enthusiast, Alex utilizes the skills he learned from his dual-sport collegiate career to help win deals. He views every transaction not as opponents competing for their own specific goals but rather as partners, vying for a team-oriented outcome.
Stefan Ricci

Stefan's real estate journey reflects his deep Pacific Northwest roots and unwavering commitment to multifamily real estate. Born in Seattle, and raised on the Eastside, Stefan received both his Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s in Real Estate with a focus in Finance from the University of Washington. Before and during his academic journey, he also served as multifamily asset manager in the Seattle and Bellevue areas.
In his professional career, Stefan now leverages his background in asset management with networking and effective communication to generate asset acquisition and disposition services in the greater Seattle market. Beyond real estate, his active lifestyle includes hot yoga, golf, and hiking with his wife and the Ricci family dog, Luna.
